Shop Policy
Shipping
Postage and handling charges are additional to the retail price.
Shipping is limited to the US. If you live in Utah and would rather collect your order in person please contact me to make arrangements. I will make every effort to send your order as soon as possible but please have patience. This is a one-woman operation—every parcel is packaged, labeled and posted by me.
I take great care to send the ceramics to you as securely and quickly as possible and to keep you informed of their progress. Most orders are double boxed and insulated with eco-friendly or repurposed packaging materials whenever possible.
Please ensure that the delivery details you enter are correct. Additional shipping charges will apply for orders delivered to an incorrect address you provided.
I will address tragedies of missing items or breakage on a case by case basis.
Returns
Should I make a mistake and ship the wrong item, please contact me and I will set things right. Otherwise, all sales are final, there are no returns.
Shop Updates
I restock the shop on an ongoing basis. To stay abreast of the latest follow me on Instagram or join the newsletter.
Product Information & Care
The pottery and fiber craft sold on this site are made for everyday use but because every one is unique and artisan they require a different aesthetic than what you may have for items produced for big-box stores.
Every piece is made by hand. No two pieces—even those within a set—are identical. Expect subtle imperfections such as variations in the materials, colors, coverage as well as evidence of the making process.
Actual colours of the products may vary from the colours displayed on this website as well as based on your computer monitors. Colours are hand mixed and applied and will therefore
always vary. Due to slight temperature variations during the firing process, colours of clay and glazes may vary between pieces.
These pots aren’t fragile snowflakes—you can put them in the microwave and the dishwasher. If you use them in the oven, place the pot inside as you bring it to temperature. This recommendation may be a myth but I’ve heard doing so prevents thermal shock.
